The definition
What “on time” means here.
- MEASURED AGAINST
- The dispatch date confirmed on the purchase order — not an internal target, and not the date an enquiry arrived.
- THE CLOCK STARTS
- When the purchase order is confirmed and drawings are frozen. Design changes after that reset it, and we say so at the time.
- EXCLUDED
- Client-caused changes and site-not-ready delays. If your site is not ready that is not a miss on our part — but we will not count it as a hit either.
- WHO CARRIES A MISS
- We do, through the penalty clause in the purchase order. A promise with no consequence is marketing.
The live feed goes up when the operation has proven it at volume.
Every panel we make is barcoded and tracked from the beam saw through edge banding, drilling, QC and dispatch, so the underlying data is real and already exists. What we will not do is headline a hundred per cent record built at a fraction of our capacity, then scale into demand this site is designed to create and quietly stop updating it.
The dashboard is published when the record holds at the higher load — not before. Until then, ask us for the delivery history on any project named on this site.
