Affordability
Where the cost comes out, and where it never does.
Operational-zone office furniture is bought on value. That is legitimate — it is usually the largest line in the fit-out and the one the budget turns on. What is not legitimate is meeting that number by thinning the panel and hoping nobody checks in year three. Here is how OutDo makes commercial furniture affordable without cutting corners.
No dealer margin
You buy from the OutDo factory that manufactured the furniture. There is no distributor layer priced into the quote.
No showroom network
We carry one facility, not a national retail estate, and that overhead is not in your panel.
Machine utilisation
A software-driven furniture plant running at a fraction of capacity has room to batch your order efficiently instead of pricing in congestion.
One vendor, one mobilisation
Both zones on a single purchase order removes a second vendor's coordination, delivery and site-supervision cost from the project — not just from the furniture line.
Board thickness
Specified thickness is what is supplied. We do not substitute down to protect a quote.
Edge banding
Every 18 mm panel is banded on four sides, including the edges nobody sees. Unbanded edges are where furniture starts failing.
Hardware
Hinges, slides and levelling are specified for daily commercial use, not domestic use.
The honest version of affordability is that the savings come from how OutDo is structured, not from what the furniture is made of. If a quote is cheaper, it is worth asking which of the second list it came out of.
