01

The thing most vendors get wrong

Every commercial fit-out is two product categories, not one.

There is a presentable zone — reception, boardroom, director cabins — bought on pride, and an operational zone — workstations, storage, the general floor — bought on value, and usually where the gating budget decision actually sits. Premium brands win the first and get priced out of the second. Local fabricators win the second and cannot credibly bid the first. So the specifier ends up juggling two or three vendors on one project.

OutDo makes both grades off one floor. Switch the zone on any category page and you are looking at the same catalogue, specified two ways.

02

What we are actually claiming

Three claims, each of which we will let you check.

01

One vendor, both zones

Presentable-grade and operational-grade furniture on the same purchase order, from the same factory, to the same delivery date. No second vendor to chase.

Made right, and provable

The part that shows up on your programme

Furniture is the last thing to arrive and the first thing blamed.

A two-week furniture delay does not cost the furniture budget — it costs handover. Your client judges the completion date, and the PMC firm carries that. Compressing the furniture critical path by thirty to forty per cent is a reputational gain that belongs to whoever specified it.
Furniture critical path WEEKS
Industry standard 5–6 wks
OutDo 3–4 wks

A 30–40% compression on the furniture critical path is a completion date the PMC firm keeps. Their client only ever judges the handover.
