1About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website, which is operated by OutDo Furnishings Private Limited (“OutDo”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2What this website is for
This website presents OutDo, our manufacturing capabilities and examples of our projects, and provides information for architects, interior designers, turnkey contractors, businesses, institutions and other business customers. It also lets you contact us about a project or a business enquiry.
The website is not an online store. Products cannot be bought, ordered or paid for through it, and no purchase contract is formed by using it.
3Information on this website
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. It is provided as general information about OutDo and may be updated, changed or removed without notice.
Descriptions of our capabilities, facilities, team, processes and projects, and any figures, images or diagrams, are general and indicative. They are not an offer, and they do not form part of any contract unless they are expressly included in a written quotation, proposal, purchase order or agreement.
4Project examples and case studies
Project examples and case studies describe particular past projects, the circumstances of those projects and their outcomes. Every project’s requirements, scope, materials, site conditions and timelines are different, so an outcome described on this website does not mean that the same result, price or timeline will apply to another project.
5Enquiries
You can send us an enquiry through the website, or by phone, WhatsApp or email. Sending an enquiry:
- does not create a contract between you and OutDo;
- does not oblige OutDo to provide a quotation or to accept a project;
- does not reserve manufacturing capacity or a production slot; and
- does not fix any price, specification or delivery commitment.
We may respond to an enquiry, ask for more information, or decline it. Please make sure the information you send is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
6Quotations, proposals and commercial terms
Any commercial arrangement between you and OutDo is governed by the written quotation, proposal, purchase order, contract or agreement that applies to that transaction.
Pricing, quantities, specifications and materials, quotation validity, manufacturing lead times, delivery dates, installation, payment terms, warranties, cancellation, refunds, penalties, capacity, territory, exclusivity and confidentiality apply only as set out in those documents.
Where this website describes how we generally work, for example how we plan projects or how lead times are counted, it describes our general practice. For any particular transaction, the written documents for that transaction take precedence over anything on this website.
7Drawings, BOQs and other material you send us
When you send us drawings, BOQs, layouts, images or other project material:
- you confirm that you are entitled to share it with us;
- you keep any rights you hold in it; we do not claim ownership of your material because you have sent it to us; and
- you allow OutDo to use it to review and evaluate your enquiry, to prepare a quotation or proposal and, where we proceed together, for the purposes of the relevant project.
Please do not send material you are not authorised to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the material you send.
8Intellectual property
The OutDo name and logo, and the content of this website, including its text, design, graphics, diagrams, photographs and the presentation of our manufacturing and processes, are owned by or licensed to OutDo.

This website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and, where provided, social media platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Our responsibilities for any products or services we supply are set out in the written quotation, proposal, purchase order or agreement for that transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
